Returns and Exchanges
At Officially Chic, we take pride in our products and the service we provide. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
International Returns
For international returns, you must ensure that the customs declaration indicates that it is a return or exchange. We will refund any returned items excluding postage (except where the product is defective or not as described). International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes or failure to collect will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount along with any delivery/return charges.

Important Information for Returns
Please ensure you include the customer returns form, or at least a reference to your order number so we can identify your return.
Exchanges
For exchanges of unused items, please include on your returns form or note the item that you wish to exchange for, as well as the size and colour where applicable. Exchanges will be sent with free shipping within the UK Mainland. For international orders, we will send you an order update with the re-delivery charges or, where this isn't possible, refund any returned items excluding postage (except where the product is defective or not as described), and you can place a new order.
